Giraffes. Who designed them? If you believe in a divine creator, then this is proof she has a wild sense of humour. My suspicion is that evolution is occasionally randomly ludicrous and tequila is involved. Also, apparently giraffes are bi-sexual, which makes them even more interesting.

So this is the next in the AnimalTalk series, called 'Hanging by a Thread'.

Hello. Some fabulous mountain scenery. Can't you just smell the fresh air.

I finished this 2 days ago, but have been indulging in my usual tweak-fest since. For goodness sake someone start a self help group.

See if you can spot the tiny Canadian Mountie hidden somewhere in the forest.

....No, of course there isn't, I'm a serious artist.

This painting will be coming with me to the Art Surrey fair at Epsom Racecourse 6-8 October. More info on this fair soon, it's going to be a good one.

Raccoons look wonderfully comical. However, they are apparently destructive, possessive, and can be very aggressive. On the other hand, they are also known for their intelligence. There's probably a raccoon behind the bins somewhere reading The Collected Works of Jean-Paul Sartre and stroking its chin thoughtfully.

This next offering in the AnimalTalk series will get its first outing at The Spitalfields Art Market next weekend Fri 30 June - Sun 2nd July (Crispin Place, London E1). I love this market. It is a really buzzing market with a great atmosphere, and I am in company with many talented friendly artists. My stand is also in close proximity to a Crosstown luxury bagel stand.... I think my sensible eating period may be coming to an end.

8"x10" print on luxury art paper with warm white mount, ready for a frame of your choice.
